Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to learn about Claform and use it. This page says what we do today, what we know is missing, and how to tell us about a problem.

Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA on claform.com. This statement covers the marketing website. If you have trouble with the Claform app or a published survey, tell us too; we review them against the same standard.
What we do today
- Pages use headings, landmarks and native controls, so screen readers can move through them.
- Menus are buttons that announce whether they are open, and FAQs use native expandable sections that work without JavaScript.
- Text colours are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast on our light backgrounds.
- Animations respect your "reduce motion" setting; product clips then show a still image instead.
- Arabic pages use a full right-to-left layout.
- Product screenshots carry descriptive alternative text in all five site languages.
- Product clips are silent, muted loops with a text label. The product film has no voice-over; its text is on screen.
Known gaps
- There is no "skip to content" link yet.
- Text inside screenshots and the product film cannot be resized or read by a screen reader. The text around them carries the same information.
- The interactive product tour may not work fully with a keyboard or a screen reader yet.
- Some third-party elements, such as bot checks on forms, have their own accessibility limits.
- We have not had an independent accessibility audit yet.
