What does the survey event contain?
An event name you choose plus the properties you map, so Klaviyo flows can filter on the answers.
Which Claform plan do I need for Klaviyo?

Is the Klaviyo connection secure?
Credentials for Klaviyo are encrypted before they are stored, never shown again in full, and only ever sent to Klaviyo's own hosts. You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations page.
What happens if a delivery to Klaviyo fails?
Each delivery is logged with its status. Workflow steps retry according to the policy you set, and a connection whose credentials stop working is marked as expired so you can reconnect.
