Does Claform need a Teams app installed?
Channel notifications work after the Microsoft sign-in. The bot commands and survey cards use the Claform Teams app, which your admin can add from the app manifest Claform provides.
Which Claform plan do I need for Microsoft Teams?
The Microsoft Teams integration is included from the Professional plan upwards. You can start on the free plan and upgrade when you are ready to connect it.
Is the Microsoft Teams connection secure?
Credentials for Microsoft Teams are encrypted before they are stored, never shown again in full, and only ever sent to Microsoft Teams's own hosts. You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations page.
What happens if a delivery to Microsoft Teams fails?
Each delivery is logged with its status. Workflow steps retry according to the policy you set, and a connection whose credentials stop working is marked as expired so you can reconnect.
