Which domain do I enter?
Your account host, such as acme.myfreshworks.com or acme.freshsales.io. Other hosts are refused so your key is only ever sent to Freshworks.
Which Claform plan do I need for Freshsales?
The Freshsales integration is included from the Business plan upwards. You can start on the free plan and upgrade when you are ready to connect it.
Is the Freshsales connection secure?
Credentials for Freshsales are encrypted before they are stored, never shown again in full, and only ever sent to Freshsales's own hosts. You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations page.
What happens if a delivery to Freshsales fails?
Each delivery is logged with its status. Workflow steps retry according to the policy you set, and a connection whose credentials stop working is marked as expired so you can reconnect.
