Is the Zoho CRM connection secure?
Credentials for Zoho CRM are encrypted before they are stored, never shown again in full, and only ever sent to Zoho CRM's own hosts. You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations page.
What happens if a delivery to Zoho CRM fails?
Each delivery is logged with its status. Workflow steps retry according to the policy you set, and a connection whose credentials stop working is marked as expired so you can reconnect.
