Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to you)
  • With Your Consent: For any other purpose with your explicit permission

Google User Data (Google API Services)

If you connect your Google account to Claform (for example, the Google Sheets or Google Drive integrations), we access Google user data only as needed to provide the feature you configure:

  • What we access: OAuth tokens you authorize, plus the specific spreadsheets or folders involved in the integration — the Google Sheets connector writes survey responses to spreadsheets you designate, and the Google Drive connector uploads the export files you choose. We do not read unrelated files or content.
  • How we use it: Solely to provide the integration you configured, such as appending survey response rows to your designated spreadsheet. Google user data is never used for advertising and is never sold.
  • Storage and protection: OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used only server-side to perform the syncs you set up. Disconnecting the integration deletes the stored tokens.
  • Sharing: We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide the integration itself, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice to you.
  • AI/ML (Limited Use): Google user data is never used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, and is never transferred to third-party AI tools.
  • Revoking access: You can disconnect at any time from your Claform integration settings, or revoke Claform's access in your Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Claform's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
